Accessibility Statement
Accessibility Statement
Effective date September 21, 2026
ROW Global Health and ROW Foundation (collectively, “ROW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) seek to provide an accessible and inclusive experience for people of all abilities.
Our mission is to improve the quality of training, diagnosis, treatment, and support available to people living with epilepsy and associated psychiatric disorders in under-resourced areas. Consistent with that mission, we want the information and resources available through https://rowglobal.org/ (the “Website”) to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities.
Our Accessibility Efforts
ROW uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, Level AA (“WCAG 2.2 AA”) as a reference point to guide ongoing accessibility efforts. WCAG provides recommendations for making digital content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Technologies, accessibility standards, Website content, third-party services, and user needs change over time. Although ROW endeavors to identify and address accessibility barriers, some content or functionality may not fully satisfy every WCAG 2.2 AA success criterion or operate optimally with every browser, device, or assistive technology.
Reference to WCAG 2.2 AA does not constitute a certification, representation, or warranty that the Website, every Website page, or every item of content fully conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA or any other technical standard.
Website Content and Features
The Website may include:
- information about epilepsy, ROW’s mission, and charitable programs;
- organizational news and program updates;
- photographs, graphics, reports, and downloadable documents;
- contact and newsletter-subscription forms;
- embedded Vimeo or YouTube videos;
- donation, donor-advised-fund, and international-giving links; and
- links to partner organizations and social-media platforms.
Some older, archived, complex, or infrequently used content may present accessibility limitations. ROW may prioritize accessibility work based on the nature and severity of a barrier, frequency of use, availability of an accessible alternative, third-party limitations, available technology, and organizational resources, consistent with applicable law.
Third-Party Content and Services
The Website may link to or embed services operated by third parties, including Bonterra Network for Good, Constant Contact, TrustBridge Global, Google, Vimeo, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
ROW does not own, operate, or control these third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their accessibility, continued availability, compatibility with assistive technologies, or compliance with a particular accessibility standard. A third-party accessibility limitation does not necessarily reflect the accessibility of ROW’s independently controlled Website content.
If you encounter an accessibility problem involving a third-party service reached through the Website, you may contact the third-party provider and ROW. Where appropriate and reasonably feasible, ROW will consider whether an alternative method of accessing the relevant information or service is available.
Downloadable Documents and Archived Content
Some downloadable reports, PDFs, presentations, images, videos, or archived materials may not be fully accessible. If you need particular information in an alternate format, please contact us and identify the content you need.
ROW will consider requests for alternate access and will make reasonable efforts to provide effective access appropriate to the circumstances and consistent with applicable law. ROW cannot guarantee that every requested format, delivery method, technology, or completion date will be available.

When reporting an accessibility issue, it is helpful to include:
- the web address or name of the affected page;
- a description of the difficulty you experienced;
- the content or service you were attempting to access;
- the browser, device, operating system, or assistive technology you were using, if relevant; and
- your preferred method of contact.
Please do not include sensitive medical information unless it is reasonably necessary for ROW to understand and respond to your request.
ROW will make reasonable efforts to review accessibility feedback and determine an appropriate response. The nature, method, and timing of any modification or alternative access may depend on the circumstances, available technology, third-party involvement, and applicable legal requirements.
Ongoing Improvement
ROW may periodically review Website content, design, functionality, and accessibility feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. ROW retains discretion to select appropriate accessibility techniques, remediation priorities, testing methods, and alternative means of access, consistent with applicable law.
No Certification or Expansion of Legal Obligations
This Accessibility Statement describes ROW’s current accessibility goals and general approach. It is not a certification of complete accessibility or conformance, does not guarantee compatibility with every assistive technology or user configuration, and does not create a contractual promise or expand ROW’s obligations beyond those imposed by applicable law.
Identification or acknowledgment of a potential accessibility limitation does not constitute an admission that ROW has violated any law, regulation, standard, or legal duty. Nothing in this statement limits any right or obligation that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to This Statement
ROW may update this Accessibility Statement to reflect changes in the Website, applicable standards, technology, accessibility practices, or legal requirements. The effective date displayed at the top identifies the current version.
